Minimum Qualifications

  • Associate degree or minimum 3 years’ experience providing customer service support in an office environment
  • Experienced in systems such as Customer Relation Management program (CRM)
  • Experienced with Microsoft Office products.
  • Valid Driver’s License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record MVR

Preferred Qualifications

  • Sales support including administration of quotes and orders and sale of products.
  • Experience managing and overseeing multiple projects at once.
  • Understand customer or potential customer needs from a product/service perspective and provide the appropriate documents (marketing brochures, SDS, other technical documents)
  • Demonstrated a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, in a small group, with customers, other employees, and the general public
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
  • Ability to accurately solve basic mathematic equations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance
  • Apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form

Job Summary

The House Account Manager will sell EnviroTech Services, Inc. (ESI) products to small and large businesses, governments, and industrial partners by developing relationships through telephone, virtual, and occasional in-person visits throughout the region as needed. The House Account Manager will be responsible for their own portfolio of customers and products to ensure they meet and exceed the budget pro forma for each fiscal year.

This position will oversee the bid process by conducting bid analysis and pricing strategy. This includes but is not limited to commodities and specialized products throughout the region. This position will work closely with other regions’ staff to ensure pricing and guarantee transfer of products to meet the customers’ needs and sales goals.

Under the direction of the West Region Sales Manager, this position will provide sales support to the West Sales team to ensure an elevated level of customer service and data accuracy when entering and tracking orders. This support includes screening incoming sales calls and web inquiries and maintaining customer data in the CRM system. Additional duties may include credit and collections, market research, qualifying leads, support at trade shows or organizing group events, and working on sales campaigns.


This individual is also responsible for Interstate Plant transloading activities which includes processing delivery documentation, invoicing and keeping inventory logs for transloading partners and plant. This position will operate the scale by weighing internal trucks, along with customer trucks and trailers to determine product weights for proper invoicing.

Unit Specific Information

The West Region is comprised of the states of Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, California, Alaska, and the Western Canadian Provinces, with strategic assets located throughout this region. This position will report to the West Regional Office in Post Falls, Idaho.


Decision Making

The House Account Manager will apply business, sales, & operations strategies to ensure the sales goals are met for the region and meet the growth expectations for future markets to meet organizational goals. This position will track and analyze market trends and financial data and make appropriate recommendations that will positively affect growth in target markets and regions.

Complexity

This position’s focus is to maintain and grow new and existing business throughout the territory. They understand and embrace that EnviroTech leads the market with innovative products while also providing great value through our commodity business. They establish the right value proposition for new, existing, and potential customers by gathering industry and market knowledge. They maintain strong relationships with current customers and partners. The job requires the entry of qualified leads, prospects, and multi-year growth opportunities into ESI’s CRM system for purposes of customer pipeline and projection development as well as ensuring customer account information is accurate and up to date. They are competent in providing customers with updated pricing for weather and non-weather products while updating CRM Customer Agreements in a timely manner. They work diligently to establish paths to profitable growth through new, existing, and regained customers. They work within EnviroTech guidelines to establish credit and are an integral part of the team with accounting to ensure timely collections.
